Very good is the same feel I have on my 2022 yz250 ,best modification period

It's definitely a night and day experience. It totally changed the behavior of the bike without losing the YZ characteristic.

How would the hitliss company know what jetting your bike needs ? What jets did they say ??
@PA-Tammy2 ай бұрын
If your bike is jetted good before you install it you don't need to do any jetting. This kit just opens the PV more linear and not all at once like it does stock
@DirtNDrone2 ай бұрын
@@zackiaryruddick701 The additional jetting tip from hitlis is just a bonus to fine tune the jetting of most YZ250, it is not necessary. This company is focused on the development of YZ250 engines only.

You can google "Power Jet #40", it's from the owner of hitlis, he's got an entire thread over on ThumperTalk you can read through.

Best modification period would be my 22.5mm offset trees I sell. Tim's HitLis will get you to the turn faster but my trees will let you keep that speed in the turn....

You sell 22.5 offsets trees for yz250 ? Like Luxon trees ??

@@zackiaryruddick701 Yes, I use a set of 450F trees and mill them for the yz250/x
@zackiaryruddick7012 ай бұрын
@@PA-Tammy I don't know what you mean by mill them 😅 I thought to get a offset the holes have to be in a different location on the tree ? and what is the reason you are doing this with 450f tress if you don't mind me asking I just don't see why you would do that instead of getting a newer model tree ?
@PA-Tammy2 ай бұрын
@@zackiaryruddick701 The 450f trees have the 22.5 mm offset but they don't fit the YZ/x WRf forks but with some milling they do. A set of trees can cost up to 1k for the YZ and this is just a low cost way to get the same offset. I put over 900 hrs on my WRf and always had a tuff time in ST it just didn't turn in as good as other bikes and I found the same with the YZ. I did some research and some of the OEM trees from the YZf bikes had the 22.5mm offset but the forks did not have the same upper 54mm and the WR/YZ have a 56mm OD. I have the tools and skills to made a low cost setup for us that can't see dropping 1k on a set of trees..
