Hoot crap… I’ve had this game for YEARS and have replayed it sooo many times. Up until today, I’ve never been able to beat this stupid level. I could barely do any of the challenges. Thanks to all your videos, I have now 100% completed this god forsaken level.

Yea, the SASO for this map is BRUTAL. Spent more than a few hours trying to get this.

I just pulled off SASO using a modified version of this strat in hitman 3. By the time you reach the infected target he'll be about to leave, even if you go as fast as possible. Bring a concussion grenade or ducky with you, and when he's in the starting room with just one hazmat guy, toss it in. Make sure it lands close to the hazmat guy so he's knocked out first otherwise he'll count as a witness of the target being knocked out. Once they're both down, shoot the target with your silenced pistol from the safety of the doorway. I don't THINK you need to hide the bodies, but you can if you want. From there I went back out the way I came, all the way around the helipad and in through the morgue. The stairs there put you very close to the 2nd target's lab. As long as you have a keycard hacker to get in, you're golden. If not you can try to arrange an accident with the nearby gas tank. And then back out through the morgue to the clifftop exit. The round-about route through the morgue avoids the guard at the end of the hallway who, in this video, is shown walking down the other hall and out of the way. In hitman 3 he either doesn't do that, or his timing is so slow that he effectively doesn't do that.

It appears they changed things up on Hitman 3 for this mission. None of the old walkthroughs are working.

I FUCKING DESPISE THIS MAP. Not only is it horribly set up, timed & generally dumb to navigate, but every strategy like this is worthless cuz stupid fucking npcs dont do what theyre fucking supposed to! The 1st game it was bc you couldnt go through the security part & then they changed it but now when you throw something to bring the girl down or distract the guard the wrong person comes, so fucked!
