In Hitman 2016, you have two breaching charge but they nerf it in Hitman 2 so you can only carry one instead. If you want to get around this just bring a briefcase with the breaching charge inside, throw both the briefcase and the breaching charge on the ground to get rid of the guards.

As far as I understand there are a few paths that were specifically designed to get the infection on its way (mainly the nurse who talks to the guards), but many npcs do not have movement patterns that would spread the virus on its own. So at least the people in the morgue, sauna, cold water area, multiple handyman that work isolated and a few more would stay uninfected...

Bring the briefcase with the breaching charge inside, take the breaching charge out of the briefcase then throw both the briefcase and the breaching charge on the ground. That should get rid of both guards.

What I stated about the breaching charge still applies. However, if you shoot the camera above the guards at the door, then they both go inside and you can sneak in behind them. Also seems that the 2nd target now hears you and gets suspicious when you grapple the surgeon in the control room. No big deal, you just take him out like you did. Means you can bring something like a silenced sniper rifle instead, and get all 5 classic achievements in one run! Great instructional video!

@@kensavage7657 They nerfed the breaching charge because it was overpowered. It used to allow you to get rid of two guards, get instant accident kill with a fire extinguisher or in some case to use as a launching platform to launch things like body, gas canister, weapon over long distance.
