It doesn't count at the end. If I'm not wrong, on HITMAN 2 you could ruin the rating during the exit cutscene.

better way to hide the guy attendants body after killing the girl take the guys body down the stairs behind where you subdue him and there will be a steel cupboard and you can dump him there
