The in-game explanation Mike gave was that he whacked his head on the scaffolding around the helipad and then fell about 15 feet to part of the building below (he thought he'd just nudge the guy *onto* the skirting around the helipad, but it almost appeared that the guy was just booted through the metal and down like two stories).
