Not realistic, i would assume he doesnt need such huge house, since it requires high maintance and he is "busy" man, travels a lot. Stuff degrade over time, needs lot of cleaning, repairs etc. Someone like him would live from one apartment to another, always on move. This is more like made for players to show off his wealth.

Have in mind that this is post-mental control 47, maybe he like to have a place for chill and probably he doesn't travel that much in comparison with his ICA times, he only accep the contracs he wants to do. Also, again only suposition, he could have a cleaning service, as much as they dont acces to the weapons gallery
