The Chonhqing's ICA level makes no sens : with the hi-tech lo-life sprawl vibes, the super advanced drones in the streets, Hush has a neural implant and is into transhumanism, and Royce looks like your classic corporate fixer or ''Mr Johnson' (hello fans of Shadowrun) and seems like she's enhanced/augmented. it gives the feeling IO wanted to make a cyberpunk/dystopia game to compete against Watchdogs Legion and Cyberpunk 2077, it really takes out the realism of the franchise.
