About the fight style... its 100% Israeli Avi Nardia's version of KAPAP martial art,which combines muay thai, boxing, judo, brazilian jiu-jitsu, knife and stick fighting, AND philipino panantukan. Thats why it looks like philippino martial art, but with some techniques from other MA. Plus 1:12 reminds of keysi fighting method veeeery much.

I never played Hitman, and as a Splinter cell and Assassin Creed fan, I would have been thoroughly disappointed in the kills.

Wait how? I've played most of the Splinter Cell's and a few Assassin's Creed games as well as most of the Hitman's and I can confidently say there are just so many more methods of killing people in Hitman, most of them very satisfying, much better than the stealth kills in Splinter Cell Blacklist, in my opinion. This video is a bit of a poor example, mostly just melee takedowns, not necessarily true stealth kills or even kills that look accidental, which is a signature of Hitman.

And also, you have to remember that the games have very different backgrounds. Agent 47 is a genetically enhanced human freelance assassin who's primary purpose is to assassinate quietly with whatever tools are around and to take advantage of the environment e.g. bring down large chandeliers on people to fake an accident within a large mansion or push people off a cliff who are on sentry duty leaning against a fence, and then to leave the area quietly. Whereas Sam Fisher is a super soldier, expert in krav maga and other martial arts, capable in climbing and acrobatics, ex-SEAL and CIA clandestine officer who's purpose is to take on whatever missions his nation requires of him. Very different.

Best hitman game there was it just sets the tone for it like Breaking in and breaking out that's what hitman is about. And this looks much better then the others in terms of violence gameplay. i don't know the others just felt wonky but this one seems to take a better approach. and the new one is awesome too.

There is a new mode called contracts, it is not online, but they are missions made by players. When u create a contract u are able to choose who u want to kill (max. 3 targets), how, wich weapon and your disguise. In the end you choose where to end your contract. The rewards are in money (u can buy weapons and disguises with it) and the value depends on your abilities :) ps: i know that your question was made a month ago, but i see u got no responses then i answered and, sry about my english, isn't my native language xD
