When I first saw it years ago I assumed it was a big that would patched out, I only realized later that that is just a this that's part of the game, and we love it.

The better part is that you’re right - it was originally a bug with the regular briefcase that got patched out. The glitch was so popular that they decided to add the Executive Briefcase Mark II to the game, which brought back the homing properties of the original glitched case for all to use :D
