I actually don't think so. I just rewatched the other one and I think this one is in HD and that one isn't so his tattoos are much darker in this one so they're a lot more noticeable. Plus he had dark thick framed glasses so that made some of the face tattoos less noticeable. The black shirt also makes his tattoos stand out A LOT.
