Hitting a "juiced" 2019 MLB Baseball with the GREEN CF ZEN (new exit velo record... by a lot)

Following our "How JUICED are MLB baseballs?" video, we received a ton of requests to hit one of the 2019 MLB baseballs with what is commonly known as the greatest bat of all time: the 2017 DeMarini CF Zen USSSA -5 aka the GREEN GOAT. This is definitely a recipe for a new all-time high on the ‪@HitTraxOfficial‬ for us.

Don't forget that you're gonna have about 8mph favorable wind. Air conditions affect both exit velocity AND ball carry, so 115 at sea level will be like 120 in the highlands and with favorable wind, it'll carry a lot farther Good luck to all of y'all, make history for us Btw, if you were to hit on the moon, it would go over a mile in distance

@@Wallyworld30 direction is a matter of position. If he would've repositioned himself to the other side, the wind would've been favorable, but the danger of hitting a car goes WAY up. Also, this was made before they went there so the wind was unknown at the time. I just took forecast info

@@Tevatron044 They didn't have control of the position so the wind was an 8MPH headwind instead of a tailwind as you predicted. You were right about wind playing a role only wrong about it being a positive influence instead of a negative.

Try this : Soak baseballs, then dry in oven at 200 degrees until the baseballs are back to 5oz. I would be curious to see if it's a performance difference. It's suppose to make the balls really perform.

Recently played a Australian team with my high high school. They flew out to California and played us. All of them using Green Zens. We were all confused because they weren’t using bbcor. Luckily they didn’t hit any nukes with it.

I stil dont understand why they unjuiced these balls. The best batters in the league that year made outs in 45+% of their PAs, and only gets hits about 30-33% of the time. The pitchers still had an insanely lopsided advantage. I think the pitchers will live if they "only" win around 70% of the PAs against them lol

Pick a warm day at elevation, 80 or 90, density altitude can be close to 1000 ft difference between a 70 vs 90F day, let alone a below 60F day.
