Can you do a video showing your current slinging technic from when you load a stone to when you shoot it

Best I've seen so far on KZbin. Beaudaful rotation; natural effortless. Accurate. Have a look at "wannabe bushman". I'm trying to tell him his ridiculous Greek sling technique is so un natural and under powered. I'm telling him to watch you.

Thanks for watching and for promoting my channel! there is no reason to call something ridiculous, offer criticism instead of characterization and let people do their thing. Greek style has indeed lower power, it isn't going to break any speed or range record but it is very useful at closer ranges and for rapid shooting.

@@Acroballistics yea i was specificly key ing un on the "hunting level accuracy" claim. I just dont see how theres any power. Frim the video he showed. The projectile would be lucky to startle a sitting butterfly.

@@Acroballistics your video showing the hand rotation and poutch and the whip was fascinating!! The diferent directions all working together reminds me so much of a compound bow cam. The inner doing the cable job; the strings doing another. Except in this video you "are" the cam.

I wonder if archeologists have found a place before with suspiciously similar sized round stones all buried in the same area. Ancient slingers had to practice somewhere too

Aim small, miss small! And when you get in the groove, oh it feels good. This spring I had a session with a tin can as a target just over 30m away, and the precision was miles better than if I was shooting at a balearic target. Very realistic with the can to get 5 near misses in a row at that distance, but 5 dianas (50cm circle) in row at 30m? I don't think so. It's all mind games with the sling...

yes we also have to train the capacity of our brains for streak hits. beliefs, doubts, morale all are important it's like meditation.
