Yeah i wasn't too wow'd by this bat either. I think the stringking metal 2 is even better than this bat. The bat market imo is not really more competitive than it had been in the past eras (besr or ESPECIALLY the gorillaball era), it's just that bbcor is slow moving with designs due to regulation and r&d. Sales are the driving force behind changes and if business is good, there will be no change. The demarini lineup had been repaints for 5 years until this year. Marucci had been doing the most minor of tweaks for 10 years until last year. Louisville and rawlings were the only ones in flux during the bbcor era and many times, not for the better. These recent changes are from increased money in R&D, business gambles on experimental designs, and the fruition of multi-yearlong process. And the catalyst of all this change..... is you Will. You are the reason these companies stepped up their game. Your reviews changed the sales flow of the bbcor market and got the machine moving. For that, the whole baseball world owes you a thank you.

Spot on my man. Personally, I haven't played a baseball game in almost 10 years. But finding your channel and keeping up with the best bats in the game is so entertaining for me. Watching a good MLB game always makes me wish I was still playing, but watching these reviews and your swing offs I find often myself wishing even more. Keep it up Will!

Some of the bat groups on FB would just blast you and your channel for no good reason but now those same groups have embraced your rankings and opinion. I'm sure bat companies are in the same boat. Man I really wouldn’t be surprised if college and MLB scouts use your videos and rankings for reference when scouting someone. You have set a great benchmark to show which bats are just over juiced and which are more average. Keep up the great vids!
