@@buildsbyzyy it's the devs' fault for releasing him in all stars. He'll return, but a lot of people were done dirty by that.

@@theeultimatewarrior81 Sunce Roy is a story unit, I believe the devs will keep up the tradition of rerunning story units every 6 months or so. Start saving now if that is the case.

@@starkworks6620 you have to nuke him while he is using arts. During that time, he doesn't stop taking dmg at the thresholds, so you can just outright kill him.
