Thanks for the comparison. I've heard pretty good things about the PX-9 and I've never been one to be a slave to brand names. Right now I'm just waiting for an opportunity to shoot my new Tisas PX-9 Carry. $236 plus shipping!!!

@1776 or Bust, here is something to consider as far as which one you shoot better with; you have had significantly more time behind the VP9 platform over several years and the PX9 is a relatively new addition to the wheel house of firearms for you. I have been watching your channel for years now and one firearm that has always seen much love is the VP9 and deservingly so as it is a phenomenal firearm with a proven record of reliable service be it military, law enforcement, or sanctioned competition. I agree that Turkish firearms have come to the field with what we consider to be budget price points, but what you get for those price points is truly unmatched by any other manufacturer except for possibly PSA with their Dagger. I think that given time and a sight picture that you are more accustomed to you will probably praise the PX9 in similar fashion. I think that next to the Canik, Tisas has probably got one of the nicest striker triggers out of the box as the PX9 reminds me of the Canik Elite triggers. Great video and I look forward to seeing what a long term evaluation of the Tisas would be.

Tisas or SDS sells barrels ..50 for plain and threaded for 79$ .. Ppl don't know SDS has contracts and there is a track record on Europe .. Its gen 3 not as long but over 5 years

VP9 is on sale for $499 new at two shops, PSA and Cabelas. Plus HK store credit of $200. I got mines at Cabelas price match with 3 mags. I love it.

I have the duty Tisas PX9 Gen 3 in FDE and the gray frame (night-stalker). I got both for under $300 each and they are great firearms! Definitely worth picking up.

Last year I got two PX9 on black friday sale for 299 each at Atlantic Firearms. This year I got a VP40 on Black Friday sale for 379 at Kentucky Gun Co, I was gonna buy a second one but they ran out. I later got a used VP40 on gunbroker. What I like about the H&K's ergonomic, durability, accuracy, trigger and quality. What I like of the PX9 value for the money, optic cut, co witness and affordable parts. I believe that Tisas is doing things right and in a few years will be on the top contenders in the market like Canik did. I pick the PX9 over any Glock or P320 any day.

I really like the Tisas. My only issue with it is the grip is a bit slick for my taste. I plan on doing some light stipple work to get my grip to lock in better.

I love the Tisas triggers and the eronomics of the gun. I have two. I always prefer a good deal on a well built gun over an overpriced name brand.

It’s an easy decision. I think the VP9 and the P320 are very overrated. The PX-9 is fantastic in every way for me. I have 2 of them. One is FDE with threaded barrel that I got for $259. And the other one is the all gray cerakote Night Stalker. It has lightning cuts, threaded barrel, fiber optic night sights. I got it for $329. Tisas makes good guns. Next Tisas for me will be the Come and take it Texas edition 1911.

A friend of mine got a VP9-SK the same time I got my P320xf carry, it's a very nice gun, but at the time I was thinking home defense not EDC. Now, I need to look into both of these brands!

They say glock sights but the nut on the front sight seems to be a little larger than the one for glock. The glock front sight tool seems to be a little too small to fit the nut on the tisas front sight. Any suggestions?

I have a long tool for it also I had to fish around my old sights to see which nut worked it wound up being an xs nut

I'm trying to remove the Tisas PX9 Gen3 original front sight but the Glock front sight tool is too small, any suggestions? Couldn't find anything online.

I've had no issues replacing the front sight. The rear sight was almost impossible to remove with the sight pusher it eventually came out but fought me the whole way. New rear 'Glock' sight was about .0001th too narrow in the dovetail causing it to slide out. I put the OEM Tisas rear sight back in and am running with it for now. For me this is just another range gun. Decent quality and plenty accurate. It's just one of many in the household.

I said depending on model for Example the tactical model will run you anywhere from 900 to 1k. Same for the vp9 match
