@@hanghad7645 I believe as a young man, the best investment has to be an investment in myself (Education comes first), I believe the best investment is investing in yourself and your skills and mentorships, focusing on building a career and relationships, then focusing on building a business that generates good money and never leave your job until you're sure about it financially and mentally and emotionally, then focusing on building other sources of income like investing in stocks, then when It comes to real estate, I would invest in commercial real estate in my country and studio apartments (in my case, I see opportunities in Morocco and it's much better for me than Canada), I believe investing in real estate comes later not as a first step into the world of investing (I'm young and that's how I see it)
