@@herbertperez4082 they lost their sight after not investing in some Ray-Bans. 🥁 💀 I'll give my perspective Albeit my first, second and only 2 purchases from HLG, also full disclosure I did order refurbished, but that all being said they pretty much failed. I ordered 2 HLG Scorpion Diablo X Refurbished with some 15% off code I found online. It worked, they shipped em out quickly and the packaging was solid, until I realized everything about one of the lamps was marked as a non X model, but it clearly has the correct array, just not branded correctly. Even the product sticker on the corner of the light was for the wrong model, the Scorpion Diablo and not the scorpion Diablo X, so during refurbishment or at least QC HLG employees would have noted everything was marked incorrectly on the X model. The assumption that had to be made after the LED investment was that HLG simply didn't provide QC. The thing is if it has gone through any level of refurbishment then this would have been at least noted to the customer... Right? Then they tried to act like it was fine as if I was supposed to be okay. The LEDs are what matter. However I wasn't paying $1500 for 2 lights that have likely taken 4 trips across the country without any oversight to the refurbishment that the company claims happens to their restocked items. They paid for the returns, offered a quick refund without a restock fee and I finally purchased AC Infinity lights instead.

I been eying this light for a couple weeks now. I would like to see it tested at different heights with different intensities like what Dr mjcoco did with medic grow fold 8 and smart 8 in a 4x4. that may seal the deal for me.

I’ve heard numerous people online saying that the spectrum for this light is not good. However Shane from migro says spectrum is just fine. Then I watched another video of grandmaster level LED saying that the spectrum is wack, However he might just hate hlg. I think this light has plenty of blue for veg and plenty of red for flowering, If I’m wrong someone please enlighten me.

Orange and green are very important, depending on what you wanna produce. A pike in orange is good, and higher level of green makes the light most equal to tha Sun's spectrum. You have boards by HLG that have this spectrum, and still will be the bests in my opinion from HLG : QB288 V2 Rspec® Quantum Boards®: 2.68 µmol/J. SPECTRUM IS Soooooo Much well Balanced

@@blabliblue1627 I got my eye on hlg 320 xl diy fixture which I believe has the qb288 boards. The diablo x has qb548 while the regular diablo has qb648. Have you ever used the qb648 boards ?

@@mystro8295 Hi guy, no haven't used those boards. But from what I know is that the best Spectrum is PhysioSpec Indoor™ from Spydr Fluence, and the QB288R-Spec have this one, or very near. For the Diablos, it's near, but I wonder if there's not too much blue, so power for nothing in the blue ? But haven't tested... Depending on your surface : I have 4x QB288R-Spec that cover easily 3'x3' for 320W total (you can push higher in flo) and they're free, one driver on each so I can adjust high, or dimm each one (I have an Apogee Mq-500 to test PAR so it's easier) AND for little more power I can extand in a 4'x4' without any problems. Results are just... more than expected :) ChilLED pucks are lookin very good too..

The lights that I use now are very similar to the 320 hlg that I mentioned but technically it’s an imitation quantum board. Meanwhile driver with Samsung diode’s and the light works well for what it is. Fluence look nice

I like the reflectors, If you have a 5x5 area and only need 700 watts or less will give you 2 lb yields no problem. The problem is do yo need two lbs at a time. I have 780 watts for 20 square feet now. Make me think.

Looks a lot better than the old design but m sure works better but optic 720s nextgen is the most efficient light and the most full spec light and best spec control so js bc u ain’t tested don’t mean this is the most efficient light out lol come on man the best light you’ve tested maybe so I suggest u branch out try gavita as well a cpl more u dont test out there that’s great

Dimmers suck they go out really fast would not recommend this light it's another Mars or spider farmer

Had mine hlg650r for 3 years dims just fine, no burnt out leds and I use it throughout the grow.
