No, they're not to go through red lights. Unless you are the Ambulance Service, Fire Brigade, Military Spec Ops, National Crime Agency, or Police, you can either have little exemptions or none at all.

Scania lights poor that rear highlight not illustrated. Volvos light up like an Xmas tree. But l have to see love to live in those flats at end of road there great action as emergency vehicles leave station and approach junction.
