So glad you all gonna work In my area of duty the 7th fleet again because my two years duty with 7th fleet did not see any UK navy ships But we were guests in your former nation Singapore an hong kong an Diego Garcia but no UK navy ships which shocked me.

Very very moving ceremony for sure. I love it much for being us navy po3 bm From us navy now most powerful most decorated ship. USS new jersey bb62 . We had our base old long beach ca naval station now no longer around. 19 battle stars my ship won in WW2. I served in first Lebanon war. My other ship called orient express afs4 based in 7th fleet area of command . Yokosuka Japan naval base as young bloke 17 yr old. USS white plains Mars class Combat stores ship. We made 7 deployments to indian ocean while on my duty.

I never heard if she docked in my navy asian port visit best Asian city of liberty Pattaya beach Thailand or if she docked in Phuket Thailand that my afs4 was 5th us navy ship to visit that tiny sleepy town back in 1983 now them two ports key tourist sites today in Thailand where lots of uk expats retired too to get out of your icy box nation in winter too.
