But, since Kyrie left I feel like LeBron's got to get out of Cleveland, he is tired in the first round and he has got the first seeded Raptors next and if somehow he gets by them he has he Sixers in ECF. Question : What do you all think about the +/- stat, that Skip Baylis and a lot of analysts use ? I'm starting to think it's totally bunk. For example, LBJ shoots 64% from the field, scores 45 pts, 9 rebs, 7 asts, and has a [-2]. Kevin Love has a [+7], shoots 38% from the floor, etc etc. How could you possibly bring up a +/- stat ? Really, I don't even think I can use a player's defense, as justification, especially when somebody plays a lot of minutes. Lebron had 4 turnovers, but FOUR steals, more steals than any other Cav. It seems much more like a team stat. Like somebody else can play poorly while you're on the floor, and then you get the minus. I think you gotta be real careful with that stat. What do you think ?
