District 5, 6, 8, 10, 11 have a large numbers of Vietnamese-Chinese people there. Yeah, a lot of them still keep and follow traditions. Most of them speak Cantonese. There are also a lot of good food from Northern Vietnam to Southern. I hope you guys have a great vacation, good impression, and experience in our country. 😊👌 Southern people eat more veggie, food tend to sweeter, saltier, and creamier. I'm a Southie, I can't speak for Northern ppl. Also, Vietnamese coffee is so good. Egg coffee, coconut coffee 😗🌚✌️

Hi Calvin and Mint, thank you for sharing your adventures. We are going to Taiwan and Vietnam in November. I am just curious how you get around in both countries? Any information or suggestions will greatly appreciate.

We were taking train to move between city in both Vietnam and Taiwan. Whereas to move around in the city, we sometimes used Grab, sometimes rent a bicycle, most of the time, we just walk (if the distance is less than 45 minutes, we mostly just walk). Wish you a happy trip in Vietnam and Taiwan 😊

How much do you pay for hiring a bike?

Morning Annie, we did not rent a bike in Ho Chi Minh City, we go around by walking and Grab car, so we didn’t know how much for bike rental in HCM City. But we did rent a bicycle for 50k per day, and a motorcycle for 150k per day in Mui Ne. Hope it helps to answer your question 😊
