Excellent and funny video. Did ya notice the BN covered hopper was derailed at the end even after the Golden West Service boxcar re-railed itself ? The new CN SD-60F has been giving you problems and tough break with the BC Alcos but that Steam loco with the smoke just suddenly stops ! Ha ha ha ☺️ The crew would have been violently slammed into the front. Yes I get pretty frustrated when problems like these happen too. 😊👍

Close, but not quite the same. The units in movie are B36-7's in the late RWB paint. The Alco in this one is in the hockey stick livery.

One of the members runs some Bachmann UK Thomas + OO equipment, track is all Code 100 so flanges would be fine.

Was this a personal layout donated to the club? Just really curious why there are so many dips, bad turnouts, and other things? That's the only thing that makes sense to me since I would think most club layouts would tolerate that for about 2 weeks before someone started repairing the issues. Love the series by the way. hahah

It's the layout as is lol. Essentially entrenched in older bench/trackwork and dealing with some politics of those who did said work. We make do with it the best we can, since budget isn't the craziest, repairing the biggest stuff as needed.
