Doctor sir please make and advise a separate video for senior citizens whose age 60 + after retirement. For slim medium and fat person both women and men. Normally I have noticed after retirement Bojju keeps coming year after year whatever you avoid food exercise and walking. How to combat such Fat Bojju for these age.

Sir, i liked 2 meals a day concept. I am going to office by 8:30 to 9:00am and will back home by 7:00 to 7:30PM. Shall i have 01 meal in morning 8:00am and one meal by 8:00pm..? is it ok is we maintain 12 hours gap between 2 foods..? please suggest.

@@ambikak1750 Don't do diet, just Change your food habit. Stop taking Rice and Sugar, stop coffee tea. Have raagi ball morning and Evening. Can have fruits or vegetables in afternoon. Walk 5 to 6 Km or 01 hour daily. After one month you come back to me

I will continue to eat 3 meals a day everyday BUT I WILL EAT LESS and I will be ALWAYS HEALTHY.!! I'm 47 years and I look younger than 35 years old and my Hight is close to 6 feet and my Weight is 78 kg and waist is 37 for the last ten years.!!
