I will leave carbs for 3 months , 4th month I will add carbs , my weight will be high again 😂 this is not the right way , we need to have balanced diet in order to lose weight. Carbs are needed for us to feel active.

It will not work. You can eat chicken and lose weight too. Follow 2 rules. 1) do intermittent fasting 16:8 2) calorie deficit diet 3) do cardio exercise like running or walking or jogging with a little weight training.
