Dearheart to replenish our resources, when more homes are being built million-dollar homes, with owners don't give a squat about the Hawaiian culture. Polly g do you mean native should strive for a better quality of life!! I am a Maori/Samoan . As far as I know if my heritage thats what we've always tried to do. Recently in New Zealand, Its neen brought up that our justice and education system indicates a biased approach. So our cultrue is the identity that encourages us to succeed for a quality of life ..

What the so-called natives you call may conceived an understanding of life that is far different from what a modern industrialist culture may deem to assume. But what is quality of life when you can't sustain it? If it is not sustainable, what kind of culture does it makes out of an unsustainable quality of life?
