Energetic blockages in the throat, neck and mouth area can lead to physical problems such as persistent sore throats, tongue-lip-mouth and jaw issues, thyroid problems, laryngitis, neck pain, loss of voice or inability to speak up for yourself....in extreme cases it can even cause cancer in the throat, neck and mouth area. Dear Sandra, I have listened yesterday to your other meditation and really liked your way of presentation, that's why I have tried this one today and it was really exactly what I needed to hear now! I am lying in bed with antibiotics fighting a case of a very bad exhausting cough for 3 weeks already and it is also effecting my voice. I know all the theory and psychosomatic connections, I have suffered with low self-confidence for no real reason in this life and learning to speak up for myself was a lifelong challenge. Shortly before I got sick my brother left me after a 4 month long visit leaving me alone again to care for our very sick and old father. We are both like from different planets, with very different life paths and views,with him being well educated, very intelligent, yet completely closed to any kind of spirituality, very quick to judge and a little short tempered. We both have tried very hard to keep up the peace and harmony, avoiding any possible conflict for the sake of our dad and for the sake of me not breaking up. After he left I felt very deep emptiness and no power to go on and face my beloved dad's fate and possible nearing of the end of his life. There was a lot I wanted to tell my brother but did not, could not, so at least I have written it down on paper but did not deliver because he had lots of life difficulties in the moment I did not want to burden him more...and so I got sick....I know I have to rewrite the letter and this time to send it off... Your videos are really very powerful and I am sure you are a great healer! May you be blessed with neverending source of unconditional love, healing, leading and guiding abilities, with happiness and joy! I’d thyroid cancer in 2018. My thyroid was removed. The wounds from the surgery healed, but I still feel pain in my neck/throat as if those cells have stored unhappy memory of trauma. I will pray with this beautiful prayer to cleanse. Thank you for sharing this lovely prayer. I love you.

Wow, I just did this meditation and I felt tingles over my whole body, especially in my hands and womb area. It felt like powerful energy surges. I've noticed things like not speaking up and having neck pain whenever I speak up my voice is too low and sometimes I stumble and fumble upon my words. And when I'm speaking in front of people I tend to cough and even lose my voice completely. People even ask me to speak louder and make fun of me because of my voice. Hai dear.. Love you... I am 52 and I've three children.. They are going away from Christian belief saying that you believe as u but allow us to believe as they wish.. They believe in God but not in any religion.. But my husband is very angry and puts blame on me .. I am so worried and I need your advice.. Praying God to show them what's right.. Please help
