One of my favorite big club layouts. The scenery is colorful, warm and positive. And, as one would expect, the highlight is that huge bridge with nicely arranged trees and undergrowth surrounding the bridge. Liked watching the tank train thread those switches.

Glad you enjoyed it, that bridge was hand built from scratch, it's amazing to see in person.

Every time I see a video of the HO scale version of #1943 makes it harder and harder to not want to buy one for myself. Looks like I'll break down here this summer or fall and buy one... or after I get my preordered tunnel motors in November :)

I’m trying to setup a train layout. I guess my biggest problem is should I stick to one theme. I want somewhere around 20 engines and 100 plus cars. Should I buy same kinda car cause I live in a coal area. Plus same kinda engines. I’m looking for some tips. Any would be appreciated. Thank you. My budget is around $2000- $2500.

Decide on the area you would like to model, figure out what the railroads are running in that area, and go from there. You may live in a coal area, but coal traffic on the railroads has been declining a lot over the passed 5 or 6 years.

Great video do you think you'd be able to do a roster video on all the locos you own?
@RailfanJason6 жыл бұрын
Thanks. I have something planned, but it won't be till I get more of my service facility completed. But, yeah, I've been needing to do one for a while now.

Awesome video!! Where did you find the extra information about the B-17?

Thanks. I just did an online search for "The Spirit of the Union Pacific B-17" and looked at what popped up.
