Just because the board made a decision doesn't mean it's legal. No HOA rule or board decision can supersede any city, county, state or federal law. For example, requiring a green lawn during a drought is a prime example of forcing residents to break the law.

If its on my property I would hook my truck and tow chain and pull the fence down years ago the parked 2 big truck and an air compreser and run about 200 feet 4 inch airline through my yard then got rude when I said something next morning the found the air line cut into 2 foot sections

Videos. Names/license plates of those "visitors". Lawyers consultations. Police reports/complaints. City/County safety/health/zoning etc complaints. Private Property/No Trespassing Signs. Security cameras. Property surveys with markers. Updated county records. Document document document. Publicity. THEN go to war (legally).
