The ranch owner should also have filed criminal trespassing complaints with felony criminal vandalism charges aimed a HOA Karen personally as she directed the destruction of the bridge. The amount to replace the bridge was over the limit of misdemeanor vandalism and well into Felony vandalism in all states.
@ThomasWLalor Жыл бұрын
All I can think of is the protection of the 2nd Amendment. A phone call to a lawyer to initiate lawsuit again the construction crew is next step. Permits were not granted. Dumping the bridge into a waterway is an environmental issue that your stat and Federal conservation authorities would look into. HOA may have had insurance to cover Court costs and damages, or they may have just levied the HOA members . Clearly "Karen" took her own initiative to destroy your property, and SHE should bear the primary costs

Funny how people develop a weird sense of entitlement. We've had new people build near our 200 year old farm. The next year saw us receive several complaints regarding the smell from spreading manure to fertilize our fields. We only have beef cow semi-solid waste which is easily tolerable and only lingers a couple days. So the next year we got our other neighbor to spread liquid pig manure on the adjacent field, which is very strong and lasts for several weeks!. They were told, "you chose to live next to an operating farm. What did you think was going to happen?" In the end, they sold and moved. I pity their new neighbors.

The buyers had to sign a statement saying they knew and understood that gunfire would be heard between 8:30 am. , and 6:00, pm. They tried to have the club shut down. Nope! The judge said," You knew it was there when you bought your house." No more issue. Another new subdivision tried to have a hog farmer removed because of the smell. The judge ruled that since the farm had been there over a hundred years and it was the family means of living , the farm stayed. Last I heard the farmer passed away and the farm is now gone. But some people will find anything to complain about.
