Yay! I am so glad you are back! I learned a lot about outdoor craftmanship and outdoor man’s mindset from you. Don't be shy to repeat yourself. We made videos 10+ years ago and the recording quality was not that great back then with common equipment. You may have learned new skills or have improved them, so there is no problem in repeating stuff you have told in the past. I always loved seeing you crafting, building and practicing fire making. Surviving extreme cold was also always great.

Wow so weird how the universe works! Last night, probably less than 12 hours ago now, I was going through my channels and weeded them down from over 750 to just over 200 channels. I saw your channel and thought: its near certain you will never be back due to how long it has been, but maybe I'll keep it because nostalgia and loyalty and maybe I revisit or maybe a miracle one day. Now here it is, you are back. I think that is more than just coincidence to be honest. Good to see you and hope you are well.

so many yrs ago..... u showed me mora knife with Scandinavian grind. its was "how I sharp my knife" I saw how you were working the blade on the stone but on the whole grind surface and NOT just the edge. yr knife was wicked sharp and none of it made sense to an American who never knew about scandal grind.. I did the investigation and figured it out!! I have handfuls of that same little red mora . could be the single best thing I earned about bushcraft .. and the best knife!!!

Very nice to hear you're coming back. Was just introduced to you and your channel by Greencraft who I also just found recently. Being from the Appalachian foothills or Appalachian Region of The United States I'm what a lot of folks would consider a country boy or even a Hillbilly to an extent. So I grew up camping and hiking, hunting and fishing as well as general farming from time to time and tend to have a great deal of respect nature and wildlife. While I'm not that old due to health issues I don't get the chances I once did but I still greatly enjoy watching what others do and come up with for 'Bushcraft' and 'survival' as well as 'EDC'. I'm old enough too remember when those words were just a normal idea that didn't have or really even need a set collective descriptive terms to cover them.. but like with everything, you never stop learning because if you do you might as well stop breathing too.. I look forward too seeing and hearing more of your adventures!

Thank you for this Fredde! Your videos inspired me to get into Bushcraft as a hobby a over decade ago. I still go back and re-watch them before I attempt any of the techniques you have shown. I would love to see a "kit" video, like what you take most of the time when you go out. I imagine it changes a bit depending on the weather or what you are planning to achieve that day. Also, what tea kettle do you use? I have slowed and paused countless videos to try and figure it out. I am in the need for a good stainless kettle that will last a few campfires, the one you use definitely can do that!

Freddie, it’s about damn time you came back! I’m overjoyed you survived the 2019 plague. I’d like to see some videos on improvised camping equipment like: chairs, shelters, tools and cooking utensils. I like to hear some traditional Swedish myths legends and lore over a campfire. Show us what your favorite meal to cook over a fire is. Since Jul is not too far off perhaps you could show us how to make traditional Swedish Christmas decorations like, julbocks, wreaths, or hand carved wooden ornaments. I’m glad you’re back we’re all looking forward to your videos bro!
