bhjkbhjnbvh Do yourself a favor and watch the UK version. There are 2 seasons and a special. It's so good. It wraps up really nice at the end as well. You have to watch it a few times to really pick up on all the great humor. I happened to run across a preview of the Office on The Kids in the Hall DVD back in 99 or 2000. Decided to watch it and really enjoyed it. Ricky is so funny in it.

Meryl Streep, Kevin Kline, Mark Hamill, Robert Downey Jr, Johnny Depp, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Natalie Portman, etc. have played British characters quite successfully. Mike Myers pretty much nails the Scottish accent (sure, he's Canadian and his parents were Brits... but still) But anyway, there are many Brits who can't do a convincing American accent... Daniel Craig, Gerard Butler, David Tennant, etc. come to mind.

They were so true to the style of the Office, I've never watched the BBC original series, but I loved the American Adaptation so & SNL was truthfully spot on lmao!😂😂😂 Also Kate is so corky & adorable.

You should watch the original. It's relatively short compared to the American version; it's only 12 episodes and a Christmas special. Still, the UK version is my favorite.
