This game had the best looking version of Hobbiton

This game is criminally underrated. Still one of my favorite Gamecube games I had growing up.

@@SlyCooperFR I used to watch my dad play it on gamecube when I was a kid. It was great to watch, a real cartoon. I particularly remember the level with the trolls. And especially the music of this game are just beautiful. I listen to them sometimes.

"Yeller is to the left of red and blue, which is not next to black. Purple can only lie beside black, and none else. black is to the right of yeller. I regret I can't remember more." This is a line I will never forget. anyone who has played A Warm Welcome knows the struggle.

The biggest problem is that the way it's worded makes it sound like neither red nor blue are next to black, so I spent two hours trying combinations with neither of them next to black. Turns out red *is* next to black, and only blue isn't.

This gives me terminal nostalgia that I doubt I'll ever recover from. This was one of my first games I've ever played and the first game I played on the Gamecube. I replayed this game maybe 7-10 times. Simple days, simpler times.

The only non-canon female Elf character this game had was Lianna but SHE served a good purpose (and she wasn't involved involved in a forced romance with a dwarf)

Am I the only one who thinks this song sounds very Appalachian. I suppose technically it's song sort of Celtic music, but Appalachia has a huge Scotch - Irish "spine" or ancestral region. Appalachian music seems to be very influenced from Celtic / Scotch - Irish ancestry.
