Thanks so much for sharing our batting products with your audience! We're excited to see more quilters learning about our different batting products. A couple additional comments about the products shown: 1. Yes, Heirloom 80/20 Natural is our most well-known and popular batting, and besides the Natural, Bleached and Black versions, it also comes in a Fusible version; 2. Please DO NOT pre-wash our batting - it's not necessary and you'll likely ruin the batting!; 3. Shrinkage on ALL of our products is 3-5% - the only exception to this rule is that our 100% polyester products don't shrink; 4. Our Tuscany product line was launched 3+ years ago; 5. We provide guidelines for stitching width on all of our product packages - please follow these guidelines for best results; 6. There is no 'right' or 'wrong' side to our battings - yes, the scrim layer on our Heirloom Natural w/Scrim is only on one side, but you can choose whether you want that layer facing up or down, it's a personal preference. Unfortunately, your video is blurry and audio is not very clear. I only have trouble viewing your channel. Perhaps, it's the camera and microphone that's the problem. Hope you can find a way to fix it in future. I'd love to see more please. :(

Hello Carol Im sorry your having this issue, please make sure you have your volume all the way turned up on the video and on your computer.

@@LindasElectricQuilters Hi Linda, computer volume was all the way up. You were far away from the camera and maybe your audio system was on low volume. Also, that has nothing to do with a blurry video. Hope you fix it so we can watch your channel. Thanks.

@@cazfromoz1 on some of the older videos the audio can be hard to hear on certain devices. We have worked on the audio a lot in the last 2 years and it has improved on our newer videos. Thanks for watching.
