yes you cant paint epic like 28mm but have to find a method which satisfies you. Good update, I especially like the Baccus fugures

Wonderful update, Bjorn. I agree. Epic lends itself better to black primer. I've tried Wraithbone myself on Epic Waterloo and it absolutely took me longer to paint than black primer on P&S. Definitely would prefer to pick out key details in the rear ranks as it's tough to see the obscured portion of the line, especially when three feet away on the game table. Keep it up my friend!

@@WarGamingNewbHistorical Yeah, Epics are a new tool and we have still to find out how to handle it. 👍

Epic do indeed need a totally different approach to painting in my experience. I have been painting 28mm figures for many years and found that the Epic figures were really hard work. I have had to learn not to include so much detail because, as you say, it isn’t visible on the table. In fact I have shelved my Epic project for a few months now and am back to painting 28mm figures again. I’m not sure if the Epics will ever be finished. Your efforts look very nice and I wish you luck with the project.

@@theenigmaticgamer Would be a shame to put them aside, but I know what you mean. 🙄 Found the ACW a lot easier.
