Bro it too tough to get tourist visa , actually impossible for fresh passport. U should have good travel history and solid job or business with high ITR filing for 3 yrs min 25 lacs to 50lacs ...then u have good chance of getting visa but still it depends on officers mood on that day. Pls travel to min to 10 countries then apply for US tourist visa ...they surely check travel history

Do it yourself. Using agencies to get appointment is not recommended by USCIS. I know a few people who got their visa rejected because they used agencies to get "BUY" appointment for money. and if you end up doing it(I am not recommending it). Be honest when the Visa officer ask about it.

Depends on when you get the appointment. But before that, you should prepare the documents. If your case is straightforward you should be able to collect all the documents. But if you are missing several documents, then yes. It will take several months to track down all of them and get the originals.
