[EngSub] How To Make Simple DTF Printer Using Epson L805

Pada video ini, kami akan memperlihatkan cara memodifikasi Printer Epson L805 untuk keperluan cetak DTF yang biasa digunakan untuk sablon kaos dan lainnya.
Proses modifikasi cukup gampang karena tidak usah membongkar printer secara total.
Perlengkapan yang kami gunakan adalah :
- Tinta Vator DTF
- Pet Film DTF Vator Universal 21cm x 33cm (potongan pabrik)
- Powder adhesive Vator Ultrasoft

Hi. If I print the transfer and don't use it right away, should I powder it and cook it, or should I just put it aside until I need it, powder it, and cook it?

Wait about 10 minutes then powder and cook. Don't put it aside too long because the oil in the ink will separate and will go outside of the print side and stick to the powder

Hi, great video! But when i want to do nozzle check, first time on normal paper is everything ok. But when i want to load film, there is problem...but not with loading, the film is loaded properly but problem is always with paper jam error...there is always paper led blinking on the printer...When i print a windows printer test page, there is no problem wit loading the film...

1. Make sure nozzle check are good 2. Use Acrorip software 3. Set Ink channel = YKWWMC in Acrorip

Yes it can with proper settings, but we must use inkjet coated sticker , not regular ecosolvent or laser sticker

For the LC and LM, you pour the white ink. Is there any setting in the software to set LC and LM to white? How does the printer know it is printing white but not LC and LM?

Mau tanya, klo roler depan di ganjel, masih berfungsi buat narik pet film nya gak yh klo mau print full A4 pke pet film potongan A4, takutnya ga bisa narik pas cetak gambar di akhirnya malah bleber tinta. Atau opsinya pake pet film rollan?

Kalau diganjal maka sudah engga berfungsi lagi, dan memang engga bisa cetak sampai ujung belakang pet film. Opsi hemat pet film memang harus pakai roll tapi harus pasang vacuum supaya head lebih aman.
