That's a very viable craft. As good as any other. Such stability....incredible Hobie creation. The adventure of over nighting on kayak I did in a Sevylor Colorado canoe. Great stability.of an inflatable....but Hobie trimaran design.. makes it an Adventure Island. Nice roomy design ...pedal power to boot. A guy could truly optimize an adventure

Aaaaaahhh... the peace of sailing and camping out on the water! Good tunes and good times, nice breeze, the ocean, and blue skies! Very relaxing video brother and nice set up you got there!

You sound like you're married (in a constricting relationship at least). Why aren't you doing it? I need $15,000 AU, a place to temporarily store it. That's my excuse.

Japan is so beautiful, it would he great to sail. I used the tiller design with the pulleys on my sailing kayak and am working on a tent support as well.

Oh, man, it is so idyllic .... I feel you were close to a paradise... Please tell me, did you have any problems with moskitoes? What type of anchor did you use? What is that electronic device mounted on your left? Best regards from Poland.
@HAJIMEK6 жыл бұрын
There were not the mosquitoes. I use the folding anchor(5Kg). The electronic device is a fishfinder.I use it mainly to confirm the depth of the water.Thanks Imie Nazwisko(^o^)/"

Thank you skipper for the answer. Do you mind if I iterrogate you a bit more? How long had you been to the sea? How did you manage with fresh water? What about electricity, how did you produce it? Did you have any motor-powered devices, like propeller or generator? What about communication? Thank you in advance, Mr. Hajime
@HAJIMEK6 жыл бұрын
I go to the sea many times, but this is the first time that I spent it overnight. The fresh water took 2 liters with a plastic bottle. The fishfinder which I use works with a charge-type dry cell. I am equipped with eVolve as preliminary power. And I always take iphone.(^o^)/"

Are these tandem heavy maintenance?
@djb35003 жыл бұрын
No, very little. The hulls are virtually indestructible and no more breakage than on anything else. I pull all my metal off every five years or so and repaint, takes a few hours spread over a weekend. They are slow & heavy tho, so if you are used to fast cats you might not like them.
