the freebie note books so actually say hobonichi, but in a mix of english and japanese, what looks like a B is 日 (though with the font choice it really does look like it says hobob) ^^ i cannot *believe* your luck though?? thats so unlikely to happen? at least you and the rest of the people in your group can have matching ones i guess haha

I bought the exact same a6 Hon! Haven’t tried to put it into a Hobonichi cover yet because I’m using a leather cover from Ateliers Phileas. That cover is quite roomy. It can just barely fit a Hobonichi five-year - just a tad shorter but it doesn’t bother me too much

For me, i can adore them IRL but will not touch them and will never have them as a pet hahahah
