Nice first haul video! There can never be too many 😁 I love the Cafe au Lait, very pretty. I didn’t know the Paddington could only be bought on the Hobonichi site, that’s unfortunate. It’s very cute. (I’m a classic Pooh fan more myself, but I like Paddington.) It seems like the Yumi Kataguchi (sp?) was the most popular this year! I’ve seen so many people absolutely love her work. A JetPens haul is always worth seeing! My favorite store!

Thanks @mollymollie6048 for watching. I agree about the Yumi Kitagishi items. Her illustrations for the weeks cover is so cute with the added florals. Hobonichi had so many designs that I liked 2025.

@@ItssimpleV My favorite was the A5 cover of the elephant and little girl hugging. That just looked like pure safety and love, and would make my journal sitting on my desk seem very inviting and comforting. I’m really thinking about that one….

You are the only person that I know of who has purchased the matching bag. I am wondering if you have unpackaged it and if you like it. I love the combination of the cover with the matching bag and I am just trying to get more information to see if it’s worth the splurge. I enjoyed your video!

hi @nancysharp3933. I couldn’t resist and am currently using the tote bag now. 😊 I’ll admit it is definitely a spurge for a fabric tote bag, especially it being a lighter brown fabric color, I do worry it will get stained or dirty eventually, but the bag is well constructed and if you want something neutral in style, that you can leisurely carry around with you, this bag is perfect. I am able to carry around my 8x11 sketch book, large moleskin notebook, pen pouch, small bottle of water, and a thin laptop can fit as well, although being a top handle only bag, it will start to feel quite heavy. There is one smaller pocket where I place keys and wallet, so I may add a small piece of sew-in Velcro to the small pocket, just to secure it a little. Overall the tote is quite tall so you have some extra space to conceal whats in your bag. I do find myself staring at the bag and admiring the simplicity of it, so I guess given that a bag can make me feel that way, it was worth the buy. Lol Hope this helps!

I use luxrul as a work bag and have had no issues at all. It's a comfortable bag, fits a good amount and hadn't lost its shape. With that being said, I also take care of all my bags and don't carry a water bottle, pens, keys or anything that can damage the interio.
