My exact thoughts when Prime Minister Harper publicly proclaimed that Canada could no longer afford Canada Pension. Oddly enough, the blow back parted his hair but it didn't stop him from lowering the corporate tax a few weeks later. Anyone wondering why consumers got more to pay for supporting all those things the corporate tax used to pay for ? Dental care costs money, and every Canadian is paying for the "Free" dental care through taxation. Maybe the Liberal party should ask the Canadian voting public where they want their money spent.

I pay for my own dental, physio and prescriptions, and I'm on Pension. Paying for one's own health care is their responsibility. Besides which, can't all those expenses be taken off the income tax as a medical expense?
