Creo que esa yema que se vé ahí está igual de cocida que en un huevo frito o en uno pasado por agua ( como le llamamos acá en Argentina al que se hierve con cáscara 4 o 5 minutos, se sirve en un recipiente que parece una mini copita y sólo se le quiebra la parte de arriba, sacándole los pedacitos de su cáscara hasta dejarle un hueco como para comerlo con una cucharita. ) No sé cómo se le llamará en otros países. From watching this, I can see I did at least two things wrong - not enough egg for the size pan I used, and trying to twirl it too fast. That steady, slow turning gives it a chance to keep its shape.

Not to be overtly picky here but the label lists cheddar cheese when it’s a processed cheese and might be cheddar flavoured but is definitely not cheddar by any means. No shame in labelling it processed cheddar cheese as honesty goes a long way
