What joyful morning music for breakfast! Thank you so much BC for knowing that the mandolin is a part of classical music! Here in the US it has been largely relegated to country and folk music, where it shines very brightly, but this relative of ancient, small stringed instruments can do so much more! It's in very capable hands here, it's subtleties celebrated in a way that I haven't heard in a long time. This will be treasured by me! Thanks again to you and to the excellent musicians who created this collection. ❤❤❤

Thank you! This is a delightful album. The musical conversation between bowed string instruments and those which are strummed or plucked, is complex and compelling. It's not a combination I hear very often.

Hello Brilliant Classics, is it possible if you can add the 160 CD set of the Hayden Edition to youtube music? I listen to Haydn all the time and I would really like to follow through with more guidance. Currently there are only 5 volumes of the incomplete 150CD original Haydn Edition.
