Ok now you guys are just showing off. First day seeing so many hoggies and getting onto a ripper “Luke” stag like that is beyond us mortals. BUT thanks for taking us along. I love hoggie vids because so far the planets haven’t aligned to get down early to have an honest crack at them. This stag was shot on public land, no thermal gear here. But on the properties we fox shoot, they show up just like any other animal, hot 👍

Congrats to Luke on his first Hoggie.Such a beautiful stag.Sorry about the wounded Hoggie.I wish that GMA would allow the use of a scent trailing dog and handler(s)similar to the service that is available in Europe and the USA.Surely a well trained dog( fitted with a tracking collar & on a lead)and certified handler would stand a better chance of possibly finding and dispatching a wounded Hog deer.Just a thought.Cheers, Rob.
