Hogue has been curb stomping the benchmade buggout for a few years now. First the deka demolishing the buggout in quality and materials and now they are going after the premium buggout. Love to see it

Hogue makes excellent knives, and the factory edge is unbelievably sharp and almost impossible to replicate.

Yes i want for my 2 houge deka. Really could use new handles as the plastic stuff it comes with ok but bit to light. Still a great purchase. 👍

Did he say M4 had extreme rust resistance? Great edge retention yes, great toughness yes, but rust resistance? Is the coating doing that? I totally agree to Frankie that the Deka is a Bugout killer. 😊

7:53 , i have the utmost respect for all employees working in the knife industry, believe me having a knife review channel I have my fair share of meaning to say something but accidentally saying something else, plus he had just finished talking about CPM Magnacut and he likely had a long couple days at shot show, this is just funny to me that I heard it and knew exactly what he meant to say haha

M4 isn't that corrosion prone but with that coating the knife itself is pretty corrosion resistant which is what he meant.
