I’m only down voting because you’re trying to get devs to nerf a “Single Player Game”. You KZbinrs try to find ways to “break” the game but all you’re doing is stacking traits and talent slots. This is why consumables should give a sense of OP.. Otherwise what's the point in the room of requirement, or going back to get more potions, spending gold on equipment etc.. Some people will go the whole game barely using consumables, but they should be OP imo based on the time you spend brewing and preparing for battle. Also I love the Lumos tactic, I hope they don't touch that.

The Maxima Potion in particular has very common ingredients and should be used in any open fight.

@@Caesar.Knight It's something that will be patched, most likely. The talent point for a Focus potion restores some duration when you cast a spell. Lumos 'counts' as a spell, meaning one Focus potion lasts forever so long as you toggle Lumos between attacks.

I'm not sure you broke the game I think you just stacked a bunch of things that happened to work out really well. I think that's the point of the game they want you to make the potions to make these skills better as you said they're expensive and not something you would use every time and if they were something you would use every time you need to put in some effort so it's just putting effort in a different way. It's a ton of damage but it also Tells you it's going to give you the ton of damage so it's not a bug nothing to be nerfed.. it's the potion's trait to make the wizard more powerful in short durations of time. And makes you plan ahead w your resources

I don't think they'll nerf it. First of al, the game is supposed to be fun, so if some people want to play through the whole game doing this, then so be it. I think most of us will use it every once in a while if we're about to run out of this potion and need to keep it going in order to survive. I think it's an awesome idea, and I'm definitely going to try it out. But I don't see myself using it constantly because I don't like spamming keys too much (I play on Mouse&Keyboard). “It will not completely clear the battlefield for you..” There are about 100 poacher ghosts floating around the countryside that may disagree with you ; ) Do not sleep on the potions and plants people (particularly the ‘spam it all’ approach), they make even the toughest fights laughably easy.

I think it has to be a slotable spell. On the description it states one of the spells in the spell diamond so probly not revelio. Also revelio if it worked like Lumos, has a longer animation so its less efficient

I have proof that there is a glitched revelio page in the bell tower wing that is preventing me from achieving the platinum trophy. Let's get this some light @JorRaptor so we can get this glitch fixed so people can start getting their platinum trophy on a PS5. Most videos here on KZbin call that specific glitched page number 4 in the bell tower wing. It's the floating page outside of the herbology greenhouses. This NEEDS to be FIXED ASAP

I was confused by tips videos that say enduras potion makes you invisible, and other good talents are this defense and this block...why use those if you are invisible. Or the dark magic builds, put all talents or 4-5 on the tree, why? you only need crusion (or whats its name) to spread and AV mastery.

It's not always wise to spend them as they come. At a certain point you want to have a build in mind to work towards. You might have to wait until you unlock a spell. I had points saved up for after I learned crucio in order to upgrade those abilities. 17 is a LOT to sit on though.

This game is lame and boring… its beautiful to look at but there is ZERO challenge in this game…hard mode is not hard at all and Im level 38 still fighting level 25 in the map…Im not sure why everyone is freaking out about this game so much…where is the relationship development in this game? Where is the evilness of Slytherin? Where are the wand duels that should be in this game? Where is the classes and tests that you should take since it is a school for wizards….where is the potion making? Why cant you sit down in a chair and chat to one of the other npcs in this game? Or build friendships? I found this build out on Saturday. A few hours after I go the room of req. I was making a "smart" ravenclaw that uses utilities to survive. Including plants and spells and they are honestly OP. I've gone into rooms with 10 goblins and dropped 3 chomper plants, and 1 thunderbrew spell and just laughed as they all ran in and died. On hard difficulty

I love the thunderbrew because it stuns enemies, so a lot of times it will save you from having to roll or parry

plants and potions feel like cheating. cover the area with plants. have thunderbrew lighting up enemies. maxima to increase damage. focus reset cooldowns. edurus to become invincible. wiggenweld to heal. and the amount of potions you can carry. then the 12 chomping cabbages. venus traps and mandrakes you can use ONTOP of all the spells which you can upgrade and make stronger with runes. i died ONCE in a fight

@THE META maybe it feels that way but uou have to farm and create all these. Actually work for it. When the dark arts talents allow to curse an entire field quickly and then just 1 shot everything. Every 30 seconds you get a field wide OKO. That's what feels like cheating lol

So here's a tip if you go to your room and the hopping pot has a potion that you are full of instead of leaving it there until you end up using that potion just use that potion now and grab it so it refills you back to full and then we'll start creating a new random potion one that you could need later or actually use
