I thought it was a really awesome moment, as someone who didn’t read/watch Harry Potter would be like: ‘Where did those horse things come from?’ Whereas someone who knew about the thestrals would be like: ‘Oh snap.’ It was both an explanation for why our character can see thestrals and a cool way of showing the audience that the ministry worker was definitely dead

I think this game treated Slytherins better than any HP property yet. In the books and movies, there is an implication that they are almost all bullies. I like how this game portrays Slytherins as highly ambitious, but not necessarily possibly moral flaws.

That makes me glad, Rowling honestly did the Slytherins dirty by constantly depicting the ENTIRE house as bullies, the movies did it to a much lesser extent

@@ashhabimran239there were so many hufflepuff bullies in the books as well, and usually the ones who were spreading rumors and making harry look bad were hufflepuff and ravenclaws as well (mostly slytherin though)

It's so fun seeing characters in the game being related to those in Harry's timeline. For example, a bit later in the game there is a student that is a member of the Gaunt family

This was actually a really neat video. I just beat the main story and I love it. I love the details that Morgan keeps adding along, especially since his friends aren't familiar with the wizarding world. My husband is also loving this game even though he's never read the books and has only watched the movies because of me. I'd love to see more of this kind of content.

New Regular watch for Saturdays. I think 40min videos of it are just right. Not too long and therefor boring, not too short either. Loved watching someone else appreciate all the small easter eggs they drop in the game that go right over the heads of general audiences. I haven't gotten too far in the game yet due to frame rate issues but great to see your experience as someone who doesn't play video games on the regular.

While I really love this, I know you're not a gamer, so I'll let you know that you'll easily sink 60 hours into this so looking forward to one of these every week for a year. I imagine youll sink even more exploring all the places from the books and movies. For example, the lake which Harry potter cast the expectro patronal to protect himself and Sirous in POA is visitable. As is the bathroom with a mysterious snake symbol on a tap... enjoy it Morgan!
