I’m 26 hours doing a mixture of both side quests and main quests along with collecting solving puzzles this game is really addictive as I’m a Harry Potter fan loving it so far

Do the merlin trials that's how you increase your inventory Atwell as make sure u claiming the challenge rewards and as for the geometry doors it's just simple math and knowing which number each symbol is

I actually like the combat a lot in the game and it only gets better once you increase difficulty, unlock talent + extra spell quick bar + the quick dodge talent (even if the base dodge is great in it's own right). Then you cast your spells and switch quick bar use other spell while the one you used are in cool down throw in a protego and a well placed stupefy and it get amazing fast . All in all insane combo are possible here, specially if you throw in a swift potion (Yes learning to brew your potion is truly great). Also the dark art spells... They are amazing in their own right without removing anything from any other spells. I'm having a blast has you can tell. xD

I'm a Harry Potter fan and I might be a little biased because of that but I've been loving the game. The thing that impressed me about the game is that avalanche software the developers who made hogwarts legacy, Not only this is the 1st open world game that they made but it's their 1st big budget triple A game that they ever made. Before hogwarts legacy all they did was made really smaller titles for Disney. So the fact that them doing this kind of game for the 1st time and it's good says something. Is the game perfect no. No game is. But it's a hell of a start for them with they're first attempt at a game on a big scale. But like you said and this is what I feel about it as well. They really did a good job of capturing the world of Harry Potter. The music, tone, feel and the atmosphere.

This game will have u so immersed it’s crazy lol the further you progress you begin to realize just how much the devs put into this game. There have even been times when I went hours without doing main story missions because I was doing side missions, learning new spells, and just exploring. Because of this game alone I’ve spent more time on my PS5 than I have in a while now.

I've been saying this for a bit now lol but ever since I've been following the dev showcases of when the director and couple others from Avalanche were talking bout this game and show gameplay, I just had this feeling (and also looking at the game itself) that they had this charm of like devs back in the PS1 to 2 days of like a comfy charming game that will probably be looked back at for the next few years to decades just on how good it is , I think this is one those teams that's been hiding lately lol we ain't got as many of those type of devs anymore. Combat I had a feeling I'd like it , but it's definitely a lot more surprising than I thought it was gonna be , and open world wise, it's been a while in a game where I just wanna slow walk around places . No running, fast travel , flying/riding, just take in the art/views . Voice actors are great too , and YESSS the OST is amazing. Barely haven't touched it cause of work , haven't got the broom either , but I can't wait to play more today finally and the next few days. Finally got some days off lol. Bout to be stuck in Hogwarts for hours 😂

This is how gaming used to be. I'm playing on PC and there are issues with the framerate at times, but overall this is how I used to feel as a kid playing Final Fantasy 7-9, Kingdom Hearts etc. The immersion is real. This is what we want from an open world!

See dialog is something that is great if you love the game lore. I heard lots of people saying Horizon was boring to them, but I enjoyed the main story. Hogwarts Legacy has books and movies to build the lore from so it should already start off better in people's minds.

game of the year no competition from anything coming out. this game is almost perfect its like playing the movie there so much detail everywhere. some times i just fly around the castle looking at it they did a fantastic job. love how the game lets me teleport walk or fly to places and the clothes system is the best ive seen ever. im 45 hours in and im almost at 50% done. i havent even explored much either.

I honestly do believe this is game of the year simply because of the love put into it, spiderman and jedi survivor have already been done before nobody cares there are tons of star wars and spiderman games there's only one hogwarts legacy where you can customize your character and live a fantasy 20 years in the making. Dudes ain't gonna be up till 3 in the morning playing jedi survivor or spiderman and that's a facts, but this game has everybody putting hours in.
