For those still confused. When you spin the green wheel, you will eventually see the two green gears on the bottom right move. Stop here (or go back if you pass it). You'll know the circle is stopped in the right spot because the gears will keep spinning without doing anything. Repeat the same for the red circle. Keep rotating it and you will see the red gears in the centre move slightly. Again, Stop here (or go back if you pass it)

I've personally found that for me it works better to start from the inner gear and then do the outer one. It would take me minutes to unlock it if I started from the green gear, but if I start from the inner one I can get it unlocked in a matter of seconds :)

I was lost in the beginning of trying to do the locks. I found it easier if you line up the red and green dots first then move one or the other once you get one gear going hold it then move the other one around until it clicks and starts moving as well then hold both and it’ll lock. It’s actually easier then it originally was for me now.

You can rotate the two huge rings, first the outer green ring, rotate it until you find the spot where the bottomright two green tiny discs starts to spin. Then rotate the inner red ring until you find the spot where the two red tiny discs starts to spin. When both green tiny discs and red tiny discs are spinning it unlocks.

there's a lot of if you are still confused comments, but if you need another, here it is. what i did was spin the green wheel till i heard a 'click' sound, or i saw the green gears move. then, i would stop, go back till i heard it again, and tried to put it in the exact spot where the 'click' sound is from. same for the red wheel.

You spin the wheel till you hear a little sound For the big wheel when you turn it and it lands on the right spot the gears at the bottom right will move so you know where the right spot is for that For the little wheel it should also make a little sound when you turn it to the right spot to unlock it

Level 20 in game , the only main quest available tells me to meet fig at tower, got there to find door locked, there is no quest marker to go see Mr moon therefore I can't proceed

I started laughing after about 30 seconds in to trying to solve it. You know when something is hard and you have to figure it out and then there is smart design and intuition. Same goes for the broom flying in the game when trying to beat high scores.
