I hope this is more open world than most games, like having intense quidditch matches, able to go to hogsmeade on in game weekends and other stuff that we didn't get in previous games

I have never been so excited to play a game in my life!!! The amount of times I’ve read the books and watched the movies and just wished that I could be a part of the wizard in world myself… and now I can be!!! Can’t wait for it to be released. I’m ecstatic!

@@ben6217 Sadly there is not going to be any type of Co op or Multiplayer/Online Mode, the Devs confirmed this on the FAQ that's on the official Hogwarts Legacy website 😕

​@@ConnorEllisMusic Usually, in this type of scenario, we assume the standard characteristics or the publicity's characteristics are canon (meaning, it'll probably be canon that this character is a Gryffindor male, unless something really wild comes up), safe from when there are multiple different media, then it's usually the characteristics dictated by the first stable official media of the character (but there can be debates). Say Pokémon, for example: characters are customizable since X&Y, but the looks from the trailers and the names first sugested by the game (or the names officially announced by The Pokémon Company) are the ones considered canon. There's debate, however, on which starter Pokémon is canon for each protagonist: for Red, it is most widely accepted that his starter is Bulbassaur (because of the very first Pokémon mangas with this character), but some people stand by him having canonically a Charmander, because of newer media, such as the Pokémon Origins OVAs.
