Do you mean the one from my video thumbnail? I've had that one a long time. It was originally a prize from a crests event (aka collect stars) in spring 2019 and it's come back in some events since. I think the most recent appearance might have been in Brilliant Bargains a couple of months ago so If you want to get it, I recommend saving up gems in case it appears there again.

It should trigger in year 5, chapter 13 although I was already in year 7 by the time the quest was released
